Alycia from housekeeping made the experience so amazing! She went above and beyond each day to ensure my room was comfy and pristine. Her creative addition made me feel genuinely cared for, in addition to the fact that everything was immaculately clean. Whenever we met, Alycia was always kind, professional, and had the sweetest grin. She obviously takes great delight in what she does, and it shows. My visit was really enhanced by her genuine friendliness and attention to detail. It is because of guests like Alycia that I would gladly return and suggest this hotel to others. I reserved a room with a kitchen and showed up to find out it's a kitchenette with no oven. This really screwed up my eating plans while traveling and I have dietary restrictions. When we asked the desk about the oven we were told none of the rooms have ovens. A kitchen with only a stove top is considered a kitchenette and shouldn't be advertised as a kitchen.
