Staybridge Suites Toronto - Vaughan South by IHG

This was our second stay, due to maintenance issues we were told our chosen room was not going to be available, but they had a similar though slightly smaller room available. Very impressed that the hotel was proactive and contacted us to let us know the concern despite booking through this app. In the end our original room was actually ready for us upon arrival.

No pool, hot tub etc. One of the kitchen island chairs was broken to the point of being a hazard if someone sat on it. Not the end of the world, however we discovered it upon entrance to the room, contacted staff right away and they said someone would come to address it, however no one came. We just put it in the corner and did not use it. Very happy with the room otherwise, they are very nice :)

The food was fresh and nice. Bvessie and Varner were are our severs and they were very nice and helpful. Environment was clean.

The atmosphere is cozy. The location was easily accessible, not far from the airport . The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and the whole atmosphere very relaxing. We actually got value for our money. The price is within comfortable range Thanks 🙏

Petit déjeuner copieux, les filles du petit déjeuner sont adorables. Lits confortables. Personnel très gentil et souriant.

L'air conditionné était très bruyant dans notre chambre. Obligé de le couper parfois.

Clean and very friendly staff. There was a lady on shift at the front desk during my stay and she was professional Kind and very helpful
