Villa Rita & Helena

Villa Rita was really clean & comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, ceiling fans & facilities. It’s positioned in a great location, close to the beach, supermarket & restaurants.

Not enough cushions on outside chairs, soundproofing to neighbouring apartment

Great stay in our sea view 2 bed apartment. Fantastic Central position in kalami. Quite location.. Lots of room and storage. Nice bright rooms..clean and presentable.. Had a few small things that needed attention..no problem for us but wanted to let owner know for other future guests ..small issues were seen to by the maintenance person very promptly..contact was easy with the owner whilst we were there ..and easy to get keys and arrived in kalami ..lunch time and the rooms were ready In all a lovely stay in a very relaxing beautiful bay

Apartment was a little bit tired ..but for the price , we'll worth the money..lovely stay was had

The manager, Margarita, and the very friendly cleaning staff are extremely attentive and always helpful. If something isn't perfect, all you have to do is ask.

Location good and able to park car. Balcony good for sitting out but view could be improved by cutting back trees.

Plumbing poor with very little water from basin taps.
