Terrible stay—appalling service and stingy managementThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, largely due to a receptionist named Furkan. He was incredibly rude and possessed zero hospitality skills.We were a group of four people booking two rooms. Upon arrival, we found only one towel per room, no in-room telephone, and no complimentary bottled water. Instead, they force you to buy water from a vending machine. The rooms themselves were tiny, claustrophobic, and completely lacked ventilation. To make matters worse, the coffee and water dispenser in the lobby are only turned on starting at the 3:00 PM check-in time, making them useless during the morning.When I asked Furkan for extra towels, he rudely argued that my booking was only for two people. I had to go back to my room, retrieve my phone, and literally show him my Booking.com confirmation proving we paid for four guests. Rather than apologizing for the system error, he grew defensive, said he couldn't do anything, and told me to take it up with Booking.com. He created an unnecessary scene over basic towels and completely ruined our stay.This establishment operates like a stingy hostel, but without any of the good vibes or service. Staff can make or break a business, and Furkan completely broke this one. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

ランドリーの洗濯機&乾燥機がもう少し多いと良いと思います。 乾燥が終わった衣類が外に出されていたので。 子どものサッカーのユニフォームだったので、見られたり盗む人もいないと思いますが、下着等だと良い気はしません。
