Hotel Estancia Real

Liked the view, the walk. Disliked the limited lobby area, the limited hotel entrances.

The water was not hot it was lukewarm at best

I enjoyed my stay there very much. I love the locality of it.. walking distance to all the shops across the street from the church it's clean the. Shout out to the front desk, Rosie ,Jasmine, and another young lady. They were excellent, and the staff at the restaurant we've were courteous,nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that the gardeners across from the two plazas were doing maintenance work at 5:00 in the morning with leaf blowers, and you can hear it from the hotel.

The location is in downtown, walking distance to most shops, mercado and church del sagrado corazón very convenient

When I was ready to sleep and took the cover off the bed their was hair on the sheets and not from anyone’s head if you know what o mean. Once I notified the reception desk, took them 45mim to get everything resolved. Meaning to wash the covers and sheets. I was not changed to another room. I was tired from the drive there and being out and about so this made me very irritated.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything.

Muy buena la ubicación

Super central location with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Has clean rooms with AC. The only downside is the noise levels as it sits right on the square with church bells and street noise.

Ideal location if one wants to be in town center. Just a block away from the mercado. Has rooftop restaurant with great food. AC works and clean. Has an elevator but stairs are easy to walk up.

No fridge and ironing. Not a big deal but noticeable.
