Everything was excellent

Didn’t pick up the trash

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

What we did not like was that the AC unit in our room would leak water onto the floor even when it was turned off, and we had to keep putting towels under it to keep it from getting all over the floor. Our room did not have any windows, and it got very humid when we would take a shower. But the staff tried their best to accommodate us and we had a great time.

The view and the general location

The portable AC remote was super dirty. The room felt slightly dirty walls could’ve been cleaned better.. But my biggest complaint is that the restroom is very small. I’m relatively thin and I have problems using the facilities because the toilet is so close to the shower in the sink that one can barely fit there. I’m edition there was a sewer smell that was evident coming from the bathroom. Once we close the door, the older subdued, but it’s definitely a problem they need to work on.

Views were amazing

The location was perfect. We were there for a funeral. The church was literally across the street. I didn’t know they served breakfast there. The first day our room door didn’t close all the way, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my family and I. They gave us two room for the night for our inconvenience. The girl at the front desk who checked us went above and beyond to assist us.

My daughter and I walked back into the hotel one day. Two employees were sitting on the chairs that are placed in the entrance of the hotel. One of the employees decided to ask right when we were at the elevator if we were staying there. I might add she was looking down at her phone this whole time.I felt that was unnecessary. Especially since we had already been there for a day or so. No one else asked us that. The rest of the staff always greeted us. Other than that, my entire stay exceeded my expectations.
