Literally everything. Spacious and clean room. Large bathroom Free cold water dispenser (not in the room) Washing/drying machine (coin operated 800 yen to wash and dry) Easy and quick check in and check out. Surely will stay there again when coming back to Kyoto

great central location in kyoto. the staff were vey helpful and kind. rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. there is a laundry room on ground floor, free water dispenser and extra towels and bathroom goods available at reception. really liked that there were no key cards, access to the hotel and rooms was by pass code. no key to be lost.

there is a smoking room on ground floor thru the laundry room, great of youre a smoker. but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke ask to be put on any floor but the ground floor. the smell permeates down the corridor of 1F and into at least the first 4 rooms along the corridor.

Laundry service. Comfy beds and room, nice bathtub and shower. Close enough by foot to restaurants and one of the most important areas of Kyoto. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Easy access..

Location is good, it's close to the station (one metro station or 20 min walk) and it's easy to get to the hotel if you arrive to the city by train. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Nishiki market is 20min away by foot. The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the reception. Hotel offers washing machine (for a fee) and microwave, which is useful.

Chambre triple de bonne taille. Hôtel bien situé dans un rue calme, a 2 min d'une station de métro et a environ 15 min de marche de la gare. L'hôtel a une laverie (lave-linge avec sèche linge associé) et un micro-onde a disposition.
