"Good relation quality-price"

Good relation quality-price. Not too close to the center, but very well communicated by bus. Air conditioning, which was important, since we were there in the middle of a heat wave.

There should have been more tea spoons (there was only one), but this is easily fixed. It would also have been convenient to had a second set of keys. Everything else was OK.

"Great value for money"

Great location, a fairly short walk from the city center. Grocery store, bus stop and nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus. Lastly, we LOVED the airconditioning.

There were some little shortcomings, such as there being no spices etc. in the kitchen and no detergent for the washing machine. We had planned on cooking some dinners at the apartment, but ended up not doing so since there were no basic ingredients for cooking a meal. We bought a large bottle of washing detergent and left it for the next visitors to use.

"Passable"

the sofa in the living room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. i woke up maybe 15 times during the night cause the bed would also give a very loud sound every time you move. in the morning I felt like someone hit my back with a baseball bat. owner should change the bed. next night we just put the mattrace on the floor and was waaaaaay better. otherwise I would highly recommend the place.

Bright space with balcony, very clean. nice to have washing machine.

The kitchen could have been better equipped: salad bowls, some basics like salt, pepper. Coffee maker should be replaced.

"Great location"

The appartment was great. It's a new appartament fully equipment, very close to the city center (10 min walking) and I totaly recommend it! The host Andrea, was very nice and polite, and he gave us all the information we needed.

The couch was a little bit uncomfortable.
