Very good place to stay very quiet little bit away from downtown yet public transportation every hour or taxi.... mummys museum walking distance.... Guanajuato great city to visit 🙏

Me parece una excelente opción para hospedarte solo que no es tan accesible a pie por las subidas pero el personal excelente recomendado solo agreguen más repetidores para la señal del internet

The hotel is average, it has parking but it was a nightmare to park or drive car up the steel hill to park. The hotel staff was sometimes out tending to other matters so office was empty. We spent one night without water because the pump broke and no offer was made to accommodate us in a different room or reimburse us for the inconvenience of spending half the day/ night without water. The hotel is small so the hallway was very noisy.
