Convenient location. Well equipped. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

A bit unhappy about having to send phot-id to gain access for data security reasons. As a Booking.com customer I thought booking through the site would be sufficient.

"Very convenient and good value place for a Heathrow stopover."

Near to Heathrow Airport Good value

Room adjoined a communal kitchen/sitting area so noises could be heard and didn’t feel very private. Due to roof windows the rain was very noisy during the night

"Did the job we needed very well."

Very handy for London/LHR (by bus to LHR, capped at £2). Clean. Lovely big kitchen/dining area. Quiet - other guests were also quiet, mostly professionals working locally. Handy for the local shops/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

The nature of the building means there is a lot of condensation in the bathroom. Not much they can do about it, and it's not in any way a reflection on the quality of service - it just means you get cold drips when you got for a late night visit.
