Langley Guest House Nr Pinewood Studios

Pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Room was small but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shared kitchen well equipped and nice little patio and garden for pleasant evenings. Owner was quickly responding if there was anything to solve. Overall very good value for the money I payed.

Easy access once booked. Good size room.

I booked as it said free private parking, but once booked it said only 3 spaces and it was first come first served. I did get a space luckily. My room was just off the shared kitchen and I was woken at 5:30 by someone having breakfast and making tea. Not so good for a good night sleep.

I was only there for a quick overnight stay to break up my journey. No staff were present, but the entry instructions and codes were easy to follow. The room was clean and tidy. All needed. There is a small parade of shops a short walk away.

Parking is limited to three cars in front of the building and is not guaranteed. Overflow is a short walk away at the shops. Backing out on to the main road with no drop curb on the middle space was a bit hairy at 8am.

The facilities are not functional.

There was no heating and the too much noise. The floors make terrible noises as u walk. I was freezing all through the night. Was just an over all sad experience.
