Guests wishing to arrive after 18:00 are kindly requested to contact the Flora in advance. All contact details can be found on the reservation confirmation. Please note that the initial supply of toilet paper, bed linen and towels (not bath towels) is available. Guests staying for at least 2 nights receive a Hochschwarzwald Card (Black Forest Tourist Card). This property welcomes dogs however no cats are allowed. If you are traveling with dogs, please note that a surcharge of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Dadurch, dass wir uns eine Nebensaison erlauben konnten, waren wir gefühlt alleine in dem Haus und konnten Sauna und Pool voll genießen.

Tolle Lage, geräumliches Apartment. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend und der Pool war toll!

Die Teppichböden sollten aus hygienischen Gründen unbedingt verschwinden. Vor allem wenn Kleinkinder Krabbeln sind die Teppiche nicht von Vorteil, weil sie nicht ausreichend geputzt werden können.

"Entspannte Tage in toller und ruhiger Lage."

Der Brötchenservice war sehr nützlich! Lage ebenfalls traumhaft. Sehr ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten im Ortskern. Hotelpersonal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist uns auch äußerst positiv aufgefallen. Es gibt nicht was man negativ sagen könnte!
