Guests wishing to arrive after 18:00 are kindly requested to contact the Flora in advance. All contact details can be found on the reservation confirmation. Please note that the initial supply of toilet paper, bed linen and towels (not bath towels) is available. Guests staying for at least 2 nights receive a Hochschwarzwald Card (Black Forest Tourist Card). This property welcomes dogs however no cats are allowed. If you are traveling with dogs, please note that a surcharge of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Das Angebot von Pool und Sauna haben wir gut genutzt und sehr genossen.

Die Küche ist gefangen resp. ohne Fenster und der Abzug nicht so stark. So hängt der Essensgeruch bis am nächsten Tag im Raum. Wir konnten dem jedoch entgegenwirken, indem wir die Glastüre zum Korridor geschlossen haben.

Pool- und Saunabereich, war sehr gut, dort war man fast immer alleine. Appartement war sauber.

Das Wasser brauchte lange zum warm werden.

Nettes Personal... vielen Dank für die Damen am Empfang. Ich habe auch ein Fahrrad vom Hotel gemietet.. alles lief reibungslos. Definitiv komme ich nochmal
