Quality Inn & Suites Shelbyville I-74

This was a relatively inexpensive room that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The parking was right outside and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Quality Inns are pretty consistent in terms of the rooms, breakfast, and price relative to what you get. Those are usually pretty good, but this one in Shelbyville distinguished it by having good local and franchise restaurants within a short walk, a gym and WalMart also a short walk away, and good running walking trails and roads right out the door,

Bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold and the room smelled like mildew

The property was very dated but clean. There is no pool, despite one being advertised. There is also no elevator. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I was impressed. It was quiet and easy check in and check out. The bed was comfortable, room was clean.
