Clean and good staff.

Pool and hot tub were not working. Tv remote had no batteries then two remotes were needed to run the tv. HDMI 1 did not work and every time you turned the tv on you had to change the source with one remote then the channel with the other then the sound with the other. So get a new tv!!!

The hot tub was down and the pool was like ice water. Also the bed was way too high and very difficult to get in.
