お風呂はもう少し温泉らしい風情がほしい。エレベーターがなく4階まで階段であがるのは大変でした。 その他はすべて及第点以上です。

部屋が広くて大満足。ロケーションも良く、またお風呂も薄い白濁と硫黄泉の香りがあって良し。 但し、他の部屋の音が響く事だけが残念でした。

綺麗。草津は古い旅館やホテルが多いが、近代的。場所は裏草津だが、そちらは今どんどん開発され、同じく今風の和モダンなホテルも多い。立地が特に良い。 露天風呂客室は憧れるが、周辺に風呂はどれだけでもある。考えどころである。

湯畑からほんの少し距離がありますが、そのぶん静かな環境です。全体的に淡い藍色で統一された館内は落ち着きます。仲居さんとかいないので古い老舗旅館より、こうした施設の方が気楽で落ち着くのでは。

旅館、客室がとても綺麗でスタッフの対応も良く最高の旅行になりました。 また、湯畑も徒歩2.3分で行ける距離に位置してるので次回来る時も是非利用したいと思いました。

"ソファーの下にゴミ"

温泉もホテルの対応も素晴らしかったがソファーの下にゴミが残っていて気持ちが悪かった。 下を覗かなければ分からなかったかも⁉️見てしまってショックでした
