Perfectly located in the old city centre, ideal for roaming the streets and exploring the city! Set in a charming old building with a modern interior, the apartment is ideal for a short stay, though fairly basic. The check-in information for entering the building and room was clearly communicated ahead of our arrival.

Although the check-in information was shared, further communication was very slow. The internet connection was very poor - at times non-existent - and on one day the electricity kept cutting out. It took several hours for them to respond to our calls. The bathroom is very small, with no hooks to hang towels or space to leave toiletries.

Le logement est la chambre sont très bien sur les photos, alors que dans la vraie vie ils n’ont pas été entretenus. Le parquet complètement rayé et négligé. Les murs de la salle de bain avec pleins de fissures et des bouts qui manquent. L’écoulement de l’eau de la douche est TRÈS lent, c’est à dire, il a fallu que j’enlève la bouche d’égout au bout de 2 minutes de douche pour empêcher que ça déborde sur toute la salle de bain. Nous avons également trouvé des cafards dans la salle de bain. Le papier toilette de qualité médiocre alors que le séjour n’est pas donné. L’isolation est horrible, on entend les bruits dans les autres pièces de l’appartement et dans les autres chambres. Nous avons eu également un problème avec la porte d’entrée dans l’appartement pendant nos deux jours de séjour dans le logement, et quand nous avons essayé de contacter le responsable (après plusieurs appels - 5 ou 6 fois - et un message, il décide de nous répondre au bout de 4h, après avoir quitté l’appartement. C’est dommage parce que l’emplacement est níquel et l’appartement a vraiment du potentiel.

La chambre était vétuste avec une odeur forte de moisissure due à une importante humidité. Pour preuve, il y avait un déshumidificateur à moitié rempli d'eau. Endroit qui ressemble plus à une cave qu'à une chambre. Moisissure dans la salle de bain avec une porte de douche prête à lâcher et une poignée de porte de salle de bain cassée. Il traînait des bouteilles en plastique devant la porte d'entrée.Bref à éviter absolument !

The 3 of the 4 light fittings and 2 of the sockets not functioning. Therefore dark and gloomy. Mould growing out of the shower door hinge. Bloodstain on the inside of the bathroom door. No soap in the bathroom Cigarette ends and ash on the balcony

One of the worst places to book with , i normally like to give positive feedback everywhere i go , i like to see filled half of the cup , but in this case the whole cup was broken, the payment option was on arrival, we arrive and there was no one to open the door for us and no code was sent to the email to open the door, and when communicated with the landlord, the reply was worse than what happened as they told us we didn’t pay therefore they haven’t sent a code for us , we waited for 4.5 hrs until we had to book another places at the last minute which had impacted our whole trip mentally and physically. And after digging around in the area the restaurant staff in the same building were telling us that this is not the first incident as a lot of people had came here and had the same situation & booked another place. BAD

Slim ingericht, gedeelde voorzieningen. Veel kamers, maar geen last van andere gasten en je zit midden in het centrum van lissabon

Helaas wel ons eten en drinken uit de gemeenschappelijke koelkast genomen door iemand in huis.
