Rooms smell a bit humid

Ottima posizione e anche l’arredamento molto carino, comoda la cucina e gli armadietti per lasciare le valigie, apprezzato i piccoli bagnoschiuma e shampoo

C’erano evidenti macchie di muffa e anche l’odore quando la stanza era chiusa, insonorizzazione assente perchè si sentivano sia persone dal piano superiore che dal corridoio, phon molto piccolo e rotto

It was beautiful, lots of natural light, clean and elegant.

The location is amazing. Look out your window and see the iconic 28 tram come down the hill! The courtyard is a perfect space in which to chill after a day of site seeing. Awesome coffee and kitchen facities.

The room is small and the million digit passcode is unnecessary! I would inform guests of the availability of luggage storage earlier. We ended up paying to store them in the shop next door for 1.5 hours and paid almost $20 because we didn't hear back until after we left :(

Zona tranquila y céntrica. Todo estaba limpio y la zona común es agradable. Calidad - precio lo recomiendo.

La habitación y el baño son un poco pequeños. No hay televisión ni recepción. Si te quedas varios días podrían ofrecer la opción de limpiar la habitación y cambiar toallas.

L’emplacement est parfait dans le quartier historique. L’originalité du logement avec une belle décoration. Le lit très confortable. La cuisine avec possibilité de se préparer un café. L’accès avec les codes très facile. Les explications pour accéder au logement très claires. Les casiers pour laisser les bagages.

Une odeur d’humidité

- the location was amazing - there was a convenience shop underneath, and good links to the flea market / cozy cafes and restaurants - the bed was comfy - there were enough towels stocked, and toilet paper - working light and lamps - the balcony in our room was so refreshing and nice to chill on, it faced the sun and people watching was fun - the kitchen area was clean and so useful to use! comes with a fridge, a hob, plates and bowls, cutlery .. it also lead to a sweet area outside with a table and chairs - the shower was easy to use, there was always hot water too and ample space to put soaps/toothbrush - there was a cupboard in our room (room 23) - that was a nice surprise - the hosts were responsive most of the time, and addressed questions we had throughout the stay - they even came to sort out something the next day! very fast at handling things - we stayed in april, so the temperature inside was very cool and refreshing to come into from the hot outside. - the design of the place is rather pretty, they had a relaxing vision for the place.

- the room was rather small for what we paid for - it was just enough for two people - i was worried looking at pictures but we got a decently sized room compared to other reviews. (room 23) - there was only 3/4 very small bottles of shampoo and soap, we finished it in 2 days, so make sure to bring your own toiletries - there was this odd smell that permeated the room that stayed the whole time - we traced it to the walls? it smelt damp but the bathroom smelt fine. i think it must’ve been the paint drying? its not too noticeable after you settle in and crack a window open - the walls are paper thin. you can hear everything. although there was some layers for the window, we were woken up at 7-8 from the outside restaurant doing their bins every day. - needs another set of sleeping pillows
