Hard to communicate with property management no onsite person had to leave message which could take hours to hear back

It was unclean with hairs in the sink and bath, a bug in the fridge which we had asked to be cleaned and wasn’t. The shower door got stuck and the owner knew it was loose and the replies were very slow without hearing from them for hours.

the neighborhood.

No towels were provided and the owner did not respond to our messages. The main door lock was broken, so they left the door open. When it’s closed, you have to wait for someone inside to come out and let you in.
