Perfect location. Very near train station and walking distance to the shopping area. they changed our towels everyday. Towels and sheets smell clean and good

The bathroom was a little small. The lavatory and bathing area are in one place. The shower curtain has an unpleasant smell.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in different countries, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I stayed at Line Hotel Myeongdong for two nights, and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. From the start, the staff were rude and unhelpful. It wasn’t about a language barrier — it was just their attitude. They weren’t welcoming at all, and they made check-in feel awkward and uncomfortable. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a horrible smell, like walking into a dirty public toilet. The whole room had a musty, dusty scent that never went away, even with the air conditioning on. The floors and walls had stains, the bed looked used and not properly cleaned, and the bathroom smelled even worse. When I opened the fridge, I gagged. It smelled like rotten meat or something dead had been sitting in there. It wasn’t cold or working at all. Everything in that room just felt grimy. It’s honestly the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. The shower didn’t have hot water for the first 20 minutes. I had to stand there freezing, waiting for it to finally turn warm. The bathroom floor and walls also looked filthy, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The air conditioning did work, but there was this constant dusty, stale smell in the air that made the room feel stuffy and gross. I barely slept because I just felt uncomfortable the entire time. The location was the only decent part since it’s right in Myeongdong, close to shopping and food spots. But even that was a hassle because the hotel is inside a building that shares one small elevator with other businesses. It was always crowded and took forever to arrive. I’d have to wait every time I wanted to go up or down because people from other floors were using it, or staff were loading garbage and supplies. The photos online are completely misleading. I don’t expect hotels to look exactly like the pictures, but this one looked nothing like them.

Super convenient location to tourist things and subway station.

Bedding was washed but had stains. Bathroom had some stains as well

The ground floor could get filled with people from another establishment so it's hard to get to the elevator sometimes.
