"Good"

This hotel is desperate for a remodel and update. The hardware, fixtures, furniture and carpet are way beyond their life expectancy. We had to have the room vacuumed when we arrived because it definitely wasn't vacuumed. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had any interactions.

The room was basically nice. The carpet felt damp and not real clean. Tv choices were lacking. Breakfast was nice.

"Terrible customer service."

No one at desk when we were checking in. After maintenance found them there were no apologies, no smiles. We were a burden to her. Asked for a quiet room & no acknowledgment of request. Fitness center was closed. No apology. The room was quiet & the bed was comfortable.
