服務&酒店位置很好，房間清潔方面需作改善（冷氣出風位積塵、床邊牆身有污漬等）

博多駅から近く、食事、買い物、他の観光地へ電車が便利でした。

We booked 2 rooms. They were 1 hour late cleaning one of them but thanks to the very sincere apology, that was not a problem. They gave us each a cookie and chocolate for the wait. :) Due to getting a bit lost in Hakata Station and ending up on a road where there was no crosswalk to reach the hotel, we were about 1 hour late anyway lol. Navigating to and from here for the rest of the stay became super easy once we figured it out. On rainy days, you can enter Sunplaza to head to the station underground. Exit the hotel, turn right, and the entrance is right there before the 7/11. Staff were friendly beyond my expectations especially from the man who checked us in. I was very happy about this. Their English was excellent, as well. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free bottled water was very much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing. I wish I had a better appetite for it. I was not feeling well so I hardly ate anything but it was wonderful quality and very cozy. They even serve Kyushu specialties like kashiwa rice and Hakata ramen. Everything was delicious. I believe there are 3 Forza Hotels in Hakata and several photos posted here appear to be for the wrong hotel so follow your maps carefully. Japanese addresses provided from websites for some weird reason have a tendency to be un-searchable on Google. For example, when I search "2-1, Hakataekimae, Hakata, Fukuoka 812-0011 Fukuoka Prefecture" as provided on TripAdvisor, I get thrown to the entire city of Hakata. Shortening it to just "2-1, Hakataekimae" does not help, either. Location is excellent. Easy walk to Canal City. Steps away from countless restaurants and shopping.

No replacement of new towel and emptying the rubbish bin, I need to get the towel at the front desk myself

The location was convenient for easy transport, food choices and shopping. Unfortunately, the bed was sagging and caused back discomfort. The back massager was most welcome addition as it was really needed. The leg massager was also much appreciated. Room service only included towel change and no quick vacuum. The breakfast was repetitive; and just fair. The room was a tight squeeze. The front desk personnel were very polite.

部屋の設備としてマッサージ機があったのですが、リモコンに表示されるフット部分がなく、足のマッサージができず残念でした。肩、背中、腰はチェアで出来て良かったです。それ以外は、とても満足しています。朝ごはんが品数が多く、朝ごはん担当の方が親切でした。

衛生打掃很恐怖喔⋯ 吹風機上沾了一堆前客人的頭髮、廁所牆上也都沾了頭髮，還有一處有點噁心黃黃的沾黏物⋯拍了照片給櫃檯看，櫃檯小姐自己都嚇一跳，晚上說要給我換房間。 這種很基本的衛生打掃⋯這麼容易看到的狀況都不乾淨了，更何況可能有些看不到⋯ 雖給換房間，但還是會想換去哪間應該都還是有疙瘩吧⋯

Great location and good breakfast
