Le Bristol Gites urbains

Great welcome from Sandra and Fred who gave us access to property 2.5 hours before check in time. They were friendly , helpful and generous throughout our stay. (Do try The food especially Fred’s signature apple cake.) Apartment comfortable and great for a few days rest half way through out our around France. The 48 steps to the flat plus 18 to the bedrooms will keep you fit! Enjoyed Carcassone and La Cite. A great stay!

There was no elevator. We carried 48 steps with heavy luggage Internet connection was very poor Otherwise, Sandra who is owner of this property was very kind eventhough busy time with her own business

Perfect location if arriving by train. We had a fantastic welcome and Sandra was very nice and clearly took pride in the property. The gite was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We walked to the old city with our 11 year old in about 25 minutes. The old city is magnificent! Having the cafe downstairs for breakfast was really easy. If we come back to Carcassonne we would hope this apartment was available.

This apartment was exceptional! We absolutely loved it! It was clean and comfortable for all five of us - we slept like babies! The hostess, Sandra was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Despite the fact that hotels.com hadn’t paid her (even though i had paid and had the receipt) she let us into the apartment to relax after a long, warm day. That is nothing but being customer friendly on another level! We would love visit again! Can’t recommend this enough!

Wow!!! Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely hostess, very gracious and helpful. Apartment faced major canal with locks, I could watch the boats come and go from apt window. Lovely sunset. 1 mile walking distance to historic town center / chateau-fort. Good restaurants.

Todo genial! Los anfitriones super amables, muy buena ubicación, piso muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario, incluido secador, cafetera + capsulas. Sólo a tener en cuneta que no hay ascensor y las habitaciones estan en el piso superior por lo que recomiendo llevar equipaje lijero. Muy muy recomendable, si volvemos a Carcassone repetimos seguro!
