Convenience

No amenities for the price. Discovered when I checked out that the price per night was $25.00 more per night because of the high school National Rodeo Finals. We notified the office two days ahead that we would be leaving a day early and were charged for seven days instead of six.

I like the setting of this property. I like how friendly and helpful the staff was! I didn't like that we had to move rooms three times. The first room had a dirty wash cloth and pet hair covering the carpeting. The second room's door stuck from the inside and we couldn't get out without calling the front desk to have someone let us out. The third room was much better, but there were food crumbs in the refrigerator. I also didn't like having to move 3 times when my husband and I were exhausted from traveling. I did like one staff member helped us move to the third room. And I like that the staff was very apologetic and didn't charge us for the night.

"Hotels.com sucks for refunds "

Didn't stay. Made a mistake and reserved fir the wrong weekend. Wouldn't allow me to either change it or refund. Not happy with hotels.com!
