Travelodge by Wyndham Green River WY

We never got to the reservation. I would certainly appreciate a refund.

The room is old.

Bed by the wall , no table to put anything , no coffee , no container for ice , not even plastic for dirty clothes too small of a room

There was no breakfast and no coffee. You had to ask for a coffee pot and makings.

For a Wyndam I was not impressed . Customer service was good , and the rooms were clean , but the bed was like sleeping on a pile of rocks . And not offering breakfast without paying for it at the restaurant on grounds is the first out of many Wyndhams I frequent . There are better options for the money .

The desk attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.The property is conveniently located right off the interstate exit.

New manager has a lot to take in and she's doing well. She has very great communication. No coffee pots in the rooms is huge inconvenience but not her call. For 10 bucks more you can get a better deal room up the road a few miles

Really hard to find the entrance. Place could use some refreshes. But overall it’s fine. Room is clean. The restaurant across the parking lot is cute and food is pretty good. Tunnel closure is huge impact. Tragic! And not permanent. The extra traffic should be gone in a few weeks!! It’s a great location - close to highway access.
