Muy mal olor

They sprung that our 8 day stay had to be paid in cash. It said they take credit cards but not from Americans I guess. The bed was extremely hard. We did have a balcony which was very nice and we spent a lot of time on it. Our cleaning lady, Lucy, was amazing. She was very friendly and always tried to make sure everything was okay. We adored her. Carlos the security guard was very friendly and when they were playing loud music upstairs he went and got it turned down. Overall a good experience.

The location was good and the hotel was mostly OK.

No Ice. We had a suite with a kitchen but there were no dishes or utensils. The first night of our stay there was a Mexican "Bando" group that played their music until 1AM right over our bedroom.

Staff was friendly & cooperative. Communication through Booking.com was very inefficient and quite frustrating. PrePayment process in person 2 weeks prior to check in was somewhat onerous as person did not speak English. However our requests were honoured and all staff was cordial - especially gentleman looking after storage of all our luggage and security staff overseeing the safety of our Oversize rental van was excellent. The hotel is well-situated and convenient. However it is very dated and facilities are run down. Water seepage caused a significant flood in the bedroom of one unit. Fridges are practically useless. The beds are like burial slabs they are so hard. Also unfortunate that you have no restaurant or even a cafe for guests to eat in. But we appreciated the economical price of this budget accommodation as we required 3 rooms for our extended family and that the prices were not hyper-inflated due to the eclipse as they were everywhere else.

Pool should be heated. Fridges need replacing. Beds are terrible. Storage of luggage until check in time needs to be more secure & better organized. See previous comments.

Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal que te recibe con una sonrisa y amabilidad El único detalle que aunque esté solo todo el estacionamiento no te permiten estacionarte ahí si llegas antes de la hora de entrega de habitación y uno anda batallando buscando donde estacionarse mientras te dan el pase de estacionamiento
