A quick lancha ride from Flores with direct and prompt pickup. Delicious lemonade. Simple rooms, but comfortable.

The place is great. We had the best room and it was fantastic. The view it’s mind blowing. Very clean, nice bed, they always provided us with water and the boat rides they mention in the description.

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding due to a lack of communication on their side regarding the prices and what was or wasn’t included. At the last minute, we were presented with additional charges, which led to an argument. After that, the atmosphere no longer felt pleasant, and we were left with a sense of mistrust. We even offered to pay immediately, but they told us it was not necessary and that settling everything at check-out would be fine. However, only five minutes after that conversation, I noticed that the money had already been deducted from my bank account, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Because of this, we went back to reception and paid the remaining balance straight away. Next day, even though we were offered to check out somewhat later, they mode the checkout time earlier without explanation so we were left with the feeling that it was due to this situation.

Das Mayan Spirit punktet durch seine direkte Lage am See. Es gibt tolle Sonnenuntergänge, man kann gleich vom Bungalow aus im See baden und der Shuttleservice nach Flores funktioniert zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit.

Im Zimmer habe ich Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten vermisst. Eine Nachttischlampe wäre neben dem hellen Deckenlicht schön gewesen. Einige Stellen der Anlage schienen mir "in die Jahre gekommen" zu sein und hätten etwas mehr Pflege/Aufmerksamkeit gebraucht. (Stufen, Holzdielen, die Badeplattform, die durch den Wasserstand extrem glatt und glitschig war, die Stühle im Außenbereich, ...)

Loved the quiet location across the lake where we could swim and paddle board. It was so easy to get back and forth to the island too.

Some small basic amenities would have made the stay much more comfortable. There were no towel rails in the bathroom or anywhere to put our clothes / things. And no accessible place to fill up your own water bottle. You have to ask the staff each time which is inconvenient.

Mooi bijzonder plekje aan het water, je kan er heerlijk zwemmen, relaxen en zelfs de supboarden gebruiken. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was ook lekker en de cocktails heerlijk, vooral de Cuba libre 😋

Bij aankomst duurde het ophalen met de boot lang, ondanks dat we dit eerder hadden gecommuniceerd. Hierna was de bootservice erg snel! Bed was wellicht wat klein (140) dit mag worden vermeld bij het reserveren, was nu wat knus samen.

La privacidad y calma del lugar es increíble, super relajante. Tiene espacio para nadar, para tomar el sol y para solo sentarte a observar . Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
