The only issue that was not related to the hotel itself was the noise from neighboring guests, who were quite loud during parts of the stay. While this affected my comfort, I understand that the hotel cannot fully control the behavior of every guest. What was much more disappointing was the customer service from the morning receptionist. She was one of the least welcoming hotel employees I have encountered. From the moment I approached the desk, she appeared annoyed and uninterested in helping. Her attitude came across as cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Basic courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism seemed completely absent from our interaction. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately she made us feel more like an inconvenience than paying guests. A simple smile, polite tone, or willingness to help would have made a significant difference. The hotel itself was fine, but the poor customer service left a negative impression.

Das Days Inn by Wyndham in San Jose hat mir ausgezeichnet gefallen. Für einen Roadtrip bestens geeignet. Sehr sauber, große und vor allem ruhige Zimmer. Hatte so meine Befürchtungen auf Grund der Lage neben dem Verkehrsknotenpunktes aber ich hörte gar nichts vom Verkehr.

Das Frühstück ist klassisch amerikanisch und nicht gerade herausragend.

The housekeeping staff was great.

Front desk staff was not friendly and seemed unhappy.

Basically can and the bed was comfortable

Generally not a very pleasant experience or ambiance. The room didn’t have enough shower gel for 2 showers which should honestly never ever happen.
