Great location,had everything you need,good value,and great food close by !!!!!!

We arrived at midnight in Funchal; therefore got to self check in by following video. Arrived at building around 01:30 am tried parking of video and it was full,tried paying for parking in street but no luck app doesn’t accept foreign cc(it wasn’t last experience w parking I. Funchal-watch out for payment options in parking garage-you must pay before getting your car!) Without change it was very tough, I found a 24hour convenient vending machine where I could buy an espresso for .50 cents and return 4.5( parked up the street w 2euros until 11:30👍Next morning, they told me I could have parked behind building (if I would have known, I could have been in bed at2 instead of 3:45!!!!!) The bed could have been more comfortable and the hills to apartment are tough when you walk!!!!!-Everything else was great!!!!!😊

free parking place and also bus stop in front of the building,washing mashine,supermarket and some nice restaurants nearby

kettle was broken and some hooks for hanging jackets would be nice to add

Localization was very good. All needed facilities were in the apartament.

Towels smelled very bad so I had to do a loundry.

Very clean apartment, Housekeeper Leandro is very kind man. Good location, free parking.

The apartment is very nice and has a great view from the balcony, also great location and there is always free car parking.

A great apartment for our needs when due to a flight cancellation we had to find at short notice an apartment for the week. Well equipped, lovely glimpse of the sea from the balcony, and an excellent location walking distance to Forum shopping centre (with big grocery store), plenty of cafes and resteraunts, and great swimming at Doca do Cavacas. The team managing these apartments are excellent and responded to all our queries promptly and efficiently. Great to also have the air conditioning in the lounge.

For the really noise sensitive be aware it’s on a fairly busy road. It this didn’t bother us too much and we slept well! It’s an apartment block with normal apartment block living sounds (eg neighbours dog).
