"Loud housekeeping at 2 am"

Only the location.

They did night housekeeping at 2 am. It was loud and woke me up. The staff just said they do that 24/7 because they have railroad workers coming in and out. I will just stay in Bryan when I’m in the area for work from now on so I can get some sleep. Also, there’s not anywhere decent around there to eat or do, so it’s probably for the best.

"They do night housekeeping…very loud"

Just be careful if you are trying to sleep at 2 am. When I was there for work someone was vacuuming the halls and slamming the doors up and down the hall. When I called down they said that is normal for them to be doing night housekeeping. I’ve never heard of it, but I guess I’ll just have to stay in Bryan when I’m traveling for work from now on.

"I've never experienced this poor service before with a hotel. I will not stay at this location again"

The room was nice and comfortable.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived after check in time. Room key didn't work later that evening. Then a staff member tried to come in room the next morning around 9am checking to see the status of the room because it wasn't clarified in the system whether it was occupied or not. I was very disappointed in the overall stay. I was told it was mainly railroad workers staying there.

"Did not receive what I payed for. "

I payed and reserved a 2 bed room, they didn’t have any available so I was stuck with a 1bed room. The issue I have is the front desk lady said it happened to some one else before me as well. Still waiting to hear back for my discount. Overall not bad to stay at for a night. Could do worse.
