The room was large and comfortable, with all needed accessories. even eye make up remover (which I always forget) The breakfast was generous and delicious.

The property was clean, the host was lovely and accommodating to allow for earlier check in. Also breakfast was superb. Overall, perfect stay for my wife and I while attending a wedding near by.

comfortable good size room and en suite, exceptionally clean. great breakfast with lots of choice. Lesley very friendly and helpful regarding local area where to go to visit and eat. Keys to front door and parking

It was great, the house has been fully refurbished and it is very clean and comfortable. We found the place adorable and the owner lovely. It is a plus she likes motorbikes and has a beautiful cat that came to pay a visit to our room last day we were there. We loved him. The position is excellent being walking distance from shops (easy to reach are Lidl and Sainsbury), pubs (there are 2 in a couple of minutes walk) and attractions (we went to a nice forest walk and visited the Romans walls). For the ones driving an electric car, Lidl (5 mins drive) has got a 50kw electric charge and right next to it there is another one which is 22kw both of them are from Pod point. You should not have any problems in charging your vehicle

Everything was perfect and difficult to find something to dislike honestly. The only thing to mention could be the parking space can get very busy so, if you are driving could happen you will need to move your car in case you block someone. A part of this little thing everything else was excellent and this did not slightly impact our stay.

The location was perfect for our concert at Mount at Wasing. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Lesley is very friendly and communication was easy.
