"Paradiso tropicale e staff eccezionale"

La struttura è immersa in uno splendido giardino tropicale. Le camere sono spaziose e lo staff estremamente attento e disponibile. La spiaggia privata, situata proprio di fronte alla piscina esterna, rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo inoltre mangiato sempre molto bene al ristorante dell’hotel. Viaggiando con una bambina di 1 anno, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la grande disponibilità dello staff, che è sempre venuto incontro a ogni nostra richiesta.

I like the lush plants + trees on the property

There were nail clippings in my daughter’s bed, the turnover service was disgusting - the towels we used during our stay weren’t washed, no new bed sheets the whole stay unless specifically asked for. The hospitality was an absolute disgrace coming from our Chiang Mai experience. We were the ones that greeted staff first with exceptions of three people. We tried eating dinner + ordering drinks during happy hour (signs all over the place + it was during the hours). It was a fight to get the three drinks discounted to the happy hour price bc their explanation to that was happy hour prices are only if you sit two feet to the left of us… on the beach???? Not at the restaurant? Make that make sense. No amenities, no warmth, no welcoming backs and honestly the rest of our stay after the happy hour thing was kinda sketch. Glares from staff, and honestly was nervous our room would get rummaged. Just scammy vibes were out there. We had no experience like that in Chiang Mai. Will never stay again. Do not recommend in the slightest!
