As recepcionistas Ana e Tatiane que foram sensacionais. Em geral o atendimento humano foi muito bom.

Aptos apertados. Café da manhã sem qq suco da fruta. Mesas para o café sem espaço. Não há interfone nos aptos para suprir o Wi-Fi que deixa a desejar pq a Internet é muito deficiente.

La ubicación, el desayuno, la atención del personal, la relación calidad-precio.

El colchón era demasiado viejo y muy incómodo, no me permitió descansar bien. Por otro lado, me bañé varias veces con agua fría porque no alcanza el agua caliente para todo el hotel.

A pousada me surpreendeu de forma super positiva. A equipe é um amor! Todos muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Me senti super acolhida! Outro ponto que merece destaque é a limpeza: tudo estava impecável, desde o quarto até as áreas comuns. Dá pra ver que eles tem cuidado com cada cantinho. Já estou com vontade de voltar. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
