"Good"

Clean comfortable rooms. Staff freindly and professional. My biggest complaint was the lack of signs. There was no directions to the hotel office and the place was huge. Traveled all day , tired and had to take a long hike to find someone to ask for directions.

Understaffed at the main desk for check in. Waiting in line for almost 40 minutes while one person manned the check in desk. Room was clean and quiet. Blackout curtains worked fine.

Hotel was very clean and up to date. The front desk staff was helpful and happy to serve us. The hotel had many different dinning options so we didnt have to leave to eat. The pool area had plenty of chairs and was very clean. 2 fountains in the pool as well.

I did call 3 times, contacted house keeping once, waited over 2 hrs to have safe checked if working or just needing batteries before settling into the room. Where I work I would have responded no more that 10 min. I did explain that the safe was open and wouldn't lock which didn't get passed onto anyone. If I got new keys I'd have to take everything back to front desk. Edgewater casino we'd bring different room keys to the Guest to help guest out.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A fresh snack food option would be great. Lots of homeless people around in the taxi/uber pickup area. Very small pool area. Advertised 12min from Las Vegas strip, more like 20min. Not the worst place I’ve stayed.
