Extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated, a real home from home.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Alles war erste Klasse, schöner als auf den Fotos, das hatten wir noch nie. Empfehlen wir zu 150 %.

The welcome pack was a very nice touch and useful when travelling for 4 hours. Spacious. Having 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite. Plenty of towels. On-site parking space and outside area. The village of Heacham had a handy number of independent shops and cafes once we discovered the High Street.

The water pressure dropped whilst one guest was having a shower, and it was a while for the pressure to return. Very minor comment. There was no obvious tea towel, so we improvised with a towel.

Beautiful accommodation and lovely decor. Well equipped with everything you need. Grateful for the umbrellas! Lovely welcome pack. Double bed in second bedroom instead of usual single beds. Lovely to see all of the ducks wandering around the village. The steam train from Holt to Sheringham was a good day out. Would highly recommend the accommodation.

It was a very spacious house. really liked the lay out. It was enough to space for me. I had everything that was needed for my stay. It was very quite and peaceful. just what I needed. You could sit out the back and front of property to which I liked.
