Hi San Francisco is a very nice hostel, located in downtown San Francisco. The staffs are wonderful good people, very kind and helpful. Hi San Francisco downtown is near Macy's, Union Square, and Trader Joe's. It's a very clean and comfortable hostel, with a modern and spacious kitchen and dining area where you can cook and enjoy your meals. The ADA shower room is spacious and lovely.

Hi San Francisco has always been my favorite spot in the City. I stayed there for many days while working at the Westfield Mall. The best Hostel in the City.

No more breakfast because the coat of living is so high now.

Location was fantastic and the facilities were great.

One member of staff who treated me like I was a criminal because I left my room card in the room by accident and decided to give me verbal abuse before he realised he was wrong.
