The service was terrible - that waiter from India forgot to ask for our names. The service was just pure hell, absolutely awful

The Air conditioner could work better

整个resort很chill，安静又干净。房间也很大。整体的风格是令人满意的。

最主要不满意的地方一定员工态度超级差并没有让我们觉得我们是受欢迎的！房间里没有一次性鞋，也没有吹风机，更没有电话可以链接前台，要一点东西都要亲自走到门口去跟前台要。wifi信号超级差，只能在大厅的地方用到，回到房间是没有wifi的。并没有提供行李搬运服务！早餐也选项少，最值钱的餐食是鸡蛋。然后就没有其他好选的了。

Very close to the turtle ground. Friendly staff. Reaolved promptly any issue we had.

For eco friendly the plastic bottles need to disappear. And no need of tv as they do not work.

La struttura è molto bella, ho assegnato un voto dato dalla media tra la bellezza della struttura e il cattivo servizio scelto. Prima di arrivare abbiamo chiesto di prenotare l’escursione per la visita al santuario delle tartarughe, ma all’arrivo ci han detto che non è un servizio offerto dalla struttura. Oltre questo, il personale all’accoglienza è stato MOLTO maleducato, ci hanno fatto mangiare di fretta dicendoci che la cucina avrebbe chiuso di lì a mezz’ora (erano le 19.30) . Alla colazione ci hanno dato due pezzi di pane e due uova. Un vero peccato, perché la struttura è molto bella, ma bisognerebbe formare meglio il personale.

This accommodation is extremely customer-unfriendly and lacks understanding! We had a reservation for early March. Given the war in the Middle East that broke out at that time, we were unable to go on holiday to Oman. This accommodation is the only one refusing to show any leniency regarding the reservation. The other accommodations we reserved were accommodating, either by cancelling the reservation free of charge or by offering the option to stay free of charge at a later date this year. A particularly rigid and customer-unfriendly attitude!
