I had paid for breakfast while booking and I had requested for breakfast if possible at 6 am as I had to leave for the airport. But when I was leaving, two employees at the reception were sleeping on the floor and I had to wake them up to unlock the gate so that I could get out. So breakfast is not an issue. I think I left too early. When I requested for a room change, this request was respected and I was moved to second floor where room was better than the one at the fourth floor. Also, when I asked the staff after waking him up to give me a receipt, he made it for me. He was kind. The boy wh had helped me to change my room was also good. There was hot water supply which was relaxing.

The room first allotted to me on the fourth floor (it had a terrace) had a leaking tap, dysfunctional AC, not functional AC remote, telephone line broken, smelling bad, and a roof broken in the washroom. At the reception, the counter guy gave a water bottle and key and just casually waved to go to room. TV does not show any paid channel. It is not a proper hotel. The price shown prior to the discount can't be justified.

Overall, good facilities and family friendly environment. The faculty were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had to book an entire room for a single person (4 rooms for total 7 person) when it could have been accommodated within 3 rooms.

The beds are full of bed bugs. I was unable to sleep for whole night. Very poor maintenance.
