Locatie! Overal dichtbij. Ruim appartement. Hele fijne bedden. De online boeking verliep goed met aardig personeel.

Er was geen lift. Dat werd pas na de boeking vermeld. Dat was een heel gesjouw voor ons. App 1 t/m 10 bereik je alleen lopend de trappen op. Zie foto. Het gebouw is enorm gehorig. Vanaf de straat, vanaf de binnenplaats en met de appartementen onderling. De parkeergarage is NIET dichtbij maar 8 minuten lopen. We vroegen van tevoren of we de fietsen mochten binnen zetten. Dat mocht niet zei het personeel. Dus dat werd een zoektocht om onze fietsen veilig te plaatsen. Wat bleek later: er is een binnenplaats waar je fietsen juist heel goed kan neerzetten. Het rook in ons app. heel sterk naar gebakken worst. Zelfs met bijna alle ramen open bleef de lucht hangen.

Konum mükemmel, genişlik çok iyi, temizlik süper.

Ses izolasyonu berbat. 2-3 gece neredeyse sokaktaki seslerden hiç uyuyamadık. Asansör olmaması zorlayıcı.

I had already shared my requests regarding cleanliness when I made the reservation. I can see that some of these points were addressed, and I appreciate that, thank you. However, the overall cleanliness was still not at the level we expected. For accommodation at this price range, we would have expected a much more meticulous standard of cleaning. For example, the areas under the beds were extremely dusty. During our stay, we requested an additional cleaning service at an extra cost, and your team assisted us promptly, which we also greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, I believe that the overall cleaning standards still need some improvement.

Die Lage, das Technikpersonal vor Ort. Sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist mehr als hellhörig. Jegliche Unterhaltung auf der Straße kann mitverfolgt werden (und das im 3. Stock). Schallisolierung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, man fühlt sich wie in einem Zelt. Die Teppiche hatten zahlreiche Flecken, die Badtüre war dreckig. Zumal gibt es nur ein Bad/WC für 6 Personen. Bei dem Preis inakzeptabel. Kein Aufzug für alle Apartments, hellhöriges Treppenhaus.
