設備新穎，房間很大很漂亮，面海景觀很美，床舒適，員工服務超棒

東館で泊めたが、全体的に新しく、部屋がとっても綺麗、目の前に海があり、波の音を聞きながら寝た。大浴場も素晴らしい

一つもない

The best customer service during my whole stay in Kyushu. Inoue-Sama In the reception was truly helpful, and took his time to make me feel comfortable. It is not common to receive service in English in Kyushu, but the Karatsu seaside hotel surpised me positively. A big recommendation for the breakfast hand made Onigiris with your preferences. The room with the ocean view was excellent and I truly felt like a high end traveller. This was my first destination after flying from europe, sot he Onsen (spa) that included in the room price was super relaxing. I visited there on both of my stays. The small details makes this one of the best hotels I have been. Complimentary cake service, ice cream at the Onsen area. Coupon for the souvenir and snack shop, bicycles, the breakfast that you could enjoy for days and still not be able to taste everything... I wish I could come here again.

The location was a bit challenging when arriving by train to Higashi Karatsu Station. I walked with my big bags, since there was no Taxi available at the station around 21.00 p.m. The Hotel organizes shuttle bus to station, but in advance I did not know how to book it. Maybe the info is in japanese, so this was a bit complicated. However, the location by the beach is excellent otherwise. And hotel provides bikes that I could rent and visit Karatsu city center. One improvement would be if the hotel would provide Yukata for travellers in the room. That would have made my stay even better. Booking.com.said the check in ends at 20.00 however I had no problems checking in at 21.00 even though I did not get any reply to my booking.com message about the later checking. These are minor improvements, since my stay at the hotel was altogether relaxing and smooth.

エントランスの明るさ、豪華なツリー。リゾート感満載でした。お部屋も広く、オーシャンビュー。朝日を眺める時間は最高の眺め。癒されました。 お食事や温泉も、ゆったり楽しめました。

欲を言えば、、ですが、お部屋の絵画等がもっとアート感あると良いなと感じました。

This hotel is located on the sea. It was wonderful to enjoy the water views each day from our room.
