Casa Felice

L’appartement est original et très bien agencé en sortant face à la mer splendide Au cœur de Monopoli dans la veille ville Proche de tout restaurants ,magasins de souvenirs,bar, Monopoli est très animé le soir La proximité et la discrétion avec Felice et Tina toujours à l’écoute

The location is amazing, our host Felice is great, nothing is too much of a problem, he even has a pass to lido Santo Stefano a private beach so you get to save a big amount to use this amazing beach. The unit also has 2 bathrooms, and full size fridge and induction cook top if you want to cook

The location was great, in front of the ocean with a great view. Lots of restaurants to choose from, not very far from the station. The host, Felice, did everything for us. You asked him something and he helped you. It was my husband’s birthday when we were there and he gave us an ice cream cake and a bottle of Prosecco, so kind of him. He helped with choosing restaurants and where to go and how to get there and helped with our washing. He picked us up from the station and showed us around on the way back to the apartment. Perfect for a family of four. Comfortable beds and big enough for us, perfect size.

It was like underground and I would have liked a bit more windows. We thought that we were going to have a balcony, looking at the pictures. Instead we had chairs that we could use to sit just outside the door which was fine- the view was great. Felice said the we could use his balcony too so we had the possibility if we wanted to. We had a small drying rack we could use but it was too small and we had problems drying the towels and clothes. Nothing really to complain about. And if I had asked Felice he would probably have solved it for us too. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more for that money. We would love to come back to Casa Felice.

Fantastic location with excellent views. Accommodation was spacious,very confortable with everything you could need. Owner Felice and his wife were very friendly and could not do enough to please. He even arranged to meet us and take us to the property, getting us a free parking spot, which was a godsend.

The photos gave us the impression we were getting a balcony, which we didn't but wasn't a problem as we could still sit outside.

The location was perfect for our stay, right on the water and many restaurants in walking distance.

The Wi-Fi was not always reliable

The breakfast could have more options. The location was perfect.

Parking in Monopoli is very tricky, but it has nothing to do with Casa Felice.

Excellent location. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Lots of places to eat nearby. Just step outside and there’s the beautiful sea, historic castle and walls. Looking forward to staying again. Felice and Tina, the owners are lovely - very friendly and so kind and helpful and made the stay a special one. Felice was such a great help when I needed to post an item home - went the extra mile.

Exceĺlent location and fantastic host.

From the moment we arrived, Tina and Felice were so welcoming and generous, we instantly felt like family. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the space was beautifully decorated, even nicer than the pictures. It is situated in a delightful part of town, close to the hub and fabulous restaurants but with a beautiful view of the bay. I highly recommend Casa Felice!

Only that we couldn't stay longer.
