Luxury rooms with balcony

Very good support and fast answering from the owner through the booking message portal. Very good location. Nice that the room was cleaned half way through the stay.

The entrance of the property smelled like pee so the smell came inside the room if we opened the balcony. The inner garden is not well maintained. The air conditioner was very dirty, with a black layer of dust or mold inside it. So it was not possible to turn on the air conditioner or to open the balcony. Also, the hot water was not on when we arrived and since we did a late check in we could not take a shower before sleeping because the water was very cold and it took a while to warm it up.

They didn't answer any messages and made themselves unreachable when we had difficulties to reach the destination. After not answering we understood that they would not help us. We had paid the money for the room in advance and didn't even get a respons.
