It was a disappointment compared to Staybridge suites or Homewood suites we had one bedroom suite, and it was tiny. There weren’t enough utensils, despite having the reservation for three. The thermostat didn’t work, and we couldn’t set the temperature that we liked. Also, there weren’t enough paper towels, or dish, dishwashing soap – simple housekeeping, things that should’ve been addressed.

The suites are outstanding, with full-sized fridge, everything required to cook in the room, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel in general was very quiet and relaxing. Staff were top-notch, helping with a variety of requests throughout our stay.
