I like how the air-conditioning work well and the water heater working so good, some hotel rarely work, so thank you

My husband smoke so it's so difficult for him to go down from the room to the lobby and outside just for a 5 minute smoke, I know can't smoke inside the room but maybe you should do a smoking place inside the hotel, so that the guess doesn't have to go smoke outside hotel near the road

The staffs, they are all nice and willing gave us information about the town with smile. Location is good, we could walk to every corner of the hotel and found something nice, restaurants, cafe, temple, food court, market, street food, department store etc. Very near to Komtar and Shawrastar Market. The room was big, comfy bed, nice amenities. I love their 2in1 soap and shampoo, it showed their willing to give the best for their guest. Another thing that surprised me was water, yes, they offer water tank and a glass bottle in the room for filling water which I've never seen in any other hotels of all my 8 days trip. That was so generous because of the weather, we need more water and it's cold too! We didn't know about the water so we bought 6 bottle of 1.5L for 3 days and felt sorry for the mother earth. even this is small hotel but keep good concept of save the earth and try their best for serve the guest. Thank you, we would recommend this hotel to anyone who are going to Penang.

the staff told me that the wifi was no need to log in just connect but I was not work and it needed user name and password but my mobile had enough internet so I didn't use the wifi

I had a one night stopover in Penang. Arrived late and left early. Le Embassy was adequate for this short stay but I would not have wanted to stay longer. My room was not inspiring being small and dark but clean apart from many ants. Staff not very interested in welcoming me or giving me essential information such as wifi or hearing about the ant problem on checkout.

love the location of the hotel is very near to food and happening streets with many shops and famous hawker food in George town, like Komtar, Hamideeyah nasi kandar teochew cendol,etc.. The streets are beautiful and clean. Had a stroll after dinner and it was very pleasant.

the rooms are not sound proof. Can hear the vehicles sounds from the outside, and people pressing door bells of next rooms and there were people talking very loudly at the hallway.
