Estuvimos 2 noches pero en dias alejados, asique nos tocaron distintas habitaciones, la primera estaba mejor que la segunda, porque estaba muy sucio, y las camas no estaban bien hechas, 0 atención al detalle.

"Close to shops + eateries - but"

Close to shops + eateries. Had a very quiet room.

We did have the shower in a bath tub, slippery, no hand rail + stained, curtains had holes + were stained, tiles were cracked inside. Had to change rooms: the security door didn't work. We were told: but you can lock the door! Great. Not really a room service: had to ask for 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 face washers, 2 towels because we were 2 people staying there - not 1.

Convenient, with secure parking.

We booked a package that included breakfast, but when we went for breakfast in the morning, they charged us an additional $58.I have a feeling we've been tricked.
