Dahun Villas Siargao

The staff are approachable and nice.

1. Room descriptions are not clear/updated. 2. Frequent power interruptions. No generator. Water supply is also compromised when there is no electricity. During our stay, the power interruptions happened DAILY. 3. Some linens/towels have yellow/brown stain. 4. CR is not well-maintained, no proper exhaust so the smell lingers in the room. 5. Airconditioning in the dorm villa is not enough. Only 1 AC for the whole room.

Team was great, and Starlink internet connection too. Property overall is nice.

I got the Attic room, and it's literally just 2 mattresses on the floor, without bed frame. There's very limited storage space, no chair or desk, and the AC is noisy. Also, it's poorly insulated from heat, and just under the roof, so it will get hot when the AC is not running during the day. Nothing that cannot be fixed, but as per March 2024, no worth ~25$ a night.

The Architecture

There was no breakfast offered. There was no basic toiletries given like soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush because they said they’re ran of it. They didn’t even offered to go out of their way to fixed it. They villa was okay. It wasn’t maintained good at all.

The caretaker are very friendly and accommodating

Location is a little bit far from the downtown of General Luna but it's okay because you can rent a motorbike also there will not have any annoyed drunker or noise around you
