Berghof Hotel

Location is great.

When we checked in we were told that the Restaurant was closed and we could not have dinner at this excellent location. And this was an important point for us to pick this hotel. We were not told that the Restaurant would be closed.

The hotel, like the name indicates, is located on a hill. When we arrived it was sunset time. The view was amazing. The personnel is very warm hearted. The room is very clean and in nice size. Although the style is a bit outdated but suits the surroundings. The breakfast is not huge but you have all that you expect at breakfast buffet. The location is extremly quiet and no light polution at all! Parking is right in front of the hotel.

If you have heavy suitcases it will be hard to go up stairs. There is no lift. Luckily we had only hand luggage. There is no light polution but if you come back after mitnight there is absolutely no light to guide you :)

Very pretty location with giid views. Nice outside seating.

Poor menu for vegetarians.

Friendly, helpful, staff. Great location, comfortable atmosphere.

Limited menu due to staff on holiday.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We like the location, the staff, the breakfast. It's all good value for money, perfect for our needs.
