The privilege amenities were excellent . Majority of staff interaction was great.

What I didn’t like about the property was the fact that the swim out pools were not private. There were too much interruptions of persons knocking on the door for petty things . There were roaches in our room . The room was booked for two persons with a request for one bed we got a two beds with amenities for 1 person. the food variety is very very limited and the food is awful sad to say. First staff interaction at Front desk was a turnoff however happy to say the young lady who checked us in was super amazing 😁👏🏼 service at the sugar mil needs a lot of work experience there was not good..staff members there seems as if they didn’t want to be there. Limited food variety and attention need to be given to the food taste is not good with the exception of Thali restaurant the best .
