The staff was great. The room was clean.

There was a hole in the robe. The shower door was hard to open...it was rubbing on the floor. The sliding door latch did not lock. The bidet was not working. I brought all things issues to the staff at checkout. They did not note it or offer any type of accommodation. Also, check in time is 4pm which doesn't give much time to enjoy the beach. I was disappointed the the sunset was north of the hotel and net visible from the beach front room I reserved.

That's probably my only complaint. I wasnt over looking the beach i was in a corner where i could see the beach the pier and a parking lot

The Malibu Inn has become a " home away from home" for us . The staff and accommodations are the best and they make us feel welcomed and eager to care of our every need ! I continuously recommend the hotel highly to all my friends and clients !

A fantastic hotel in a stunning location right on Carbon Beach. The staff were warm, efficient, and made our stay exceptional—some of the best service we've experienced in a long time. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering beautiful scenic views. The restaurant also impressed us with both its delicious food and attentive service. It was perfect anniversary stay! We will definitely staff again.
