Балкон, хорошая локализация, зеленый дворик.Хорошо работающий wi-fi.

Отсутствие чистоты, было видно что мы первые, кто заселились в комнату в этот сезон. Пыль была везде, посуда -грязно-засохшая. Туалетная бумага была не новая (остатки с предыдущих жильцов).
